CAREER
Todd bought his first investment property as a broke sophomore in college. After graduating from one of the top engineering schools in the country, his plan was to work as an engineer for 5 years, then voluntarily leave engineering to focus full-time on his real estate investment business. Fortunately he was blessed that things turned out exactly that way.
Todd spent tens of thousands of dollars on his real estate investment education, buying home study courses, going to boot camps, and even hiring top gurus as his personal mentors.
On his way to buying over 100 houses, he noticed that there were a lot of gaps with many of the guru courses, and that things didn’t always work in real life as easily as they did in “Seminar Land”.
This is what prompted him to eventually develop his own info products, consultations, and coaching programs… to help people “connect the dots” and have those “aha moments” that would lead to their own personal financial freedom.

GIVING BACK
Todd strongly believes that those of us who have been blessed to be more fortunate have an obligation to help those less fortunate. Having achieved amazing success as a real estate investor, he feels a particular burden for the homeless.
He encourages everyone to do some type of homeless outreach at least once in their lives (if not regularly)… providing food, survival supplies, and/or clothing in a way that allows you to interact one-on-one with those less fortunate. He believes that seeing them face-to-face, sharing a smile, and shaking their hands makes it so much more real to you than simply writing a check.
